    Be happy! Laugh every day. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Don’t let anyone else make you take yourself too seriously either. Find a spiritual outlet. Don’t compare yourself to other women or men. Eat a balanced diet. Don’t overindulge in alcohol, red meat, fat, or sugar. Take a walk around the neighborhood every day. Take time to smell the roses. Tell the one’s you love that you love them. Don’t hold on to past hurts and let thoughts of revenge go. Dance wildly. Get a dog…..and a cat. Create a gratitude list each and every day. And thank God, or your spiritual connection, daily for an opportunity to grow, love, and learn.

    A persons health is greatly affected by many things like: exercise, diet, mental & physical stress, and your enviroment.
    If you exercise regularly and have a diet with a lot of fruits and veggies, you’ll be better off than the average american.

    That doesn’t mean you can forget about the other things like your mental health and your enviroment. Even if you do exercise regularly and eat healthier, but your always stressed out and depressed, then your still bound to have health problems and pass away early. Stress can be a killer. Also we live in a very toxic world. So every little thing affects our health.

    I can’t say that I know what the best way to live a healthy life is because I’m still learning myself. But there’s a ton of information out there than you can read up on through books and internet. And you can make a decision what changes you want to make to better your health.
